Only 2 weeks after having ankle surgery I stepped (with the help of crutches) into Rain City Recorders to record this. I was pretty bummed at the time because I didn't get to prepare as much as I'd hoped (I couldn't drive to the jam spot to practice) but i'm just glad I could actually play drums at all. I feel the songs are going to sound even better live now that I have full use of my leg and the bar wasn't raised too high (as far as my playing goes) on the record.
